Ask yourself this question
On some recent vision-setting calls with my education communities, I encouraged members to go beyond the year ahead.
We zoomed out and looked at the next three years…and even the next ten.
Because here’s the truth:

Running a business (or your life) without a long-term vision is like using Google Maps without entering a destination.
Just making moves isn’t enough. Having real vision is being intentional about where you’re going.
Last week, I shared an exercise to help you create clarity for 2026.
This week, I want to encourage you to take it further.
Most people don’t do this work because it takes time.
I’ve spent hours over the last few weeks working through my own vision, and what surprised me most was how much my priorities have shifted.
In the past, business was at the top of my list.
Now, when I rank what matters most, spirituality, health and self-care, and relationships all come before money and business.
Not because business isn’t important.
But because I’m in a different phase of life.
And that’s the question I want to you to answer this week:
What phase are you in?
Does business need to come first right now?
Or is this a year for family, fun, health, or changing your environment?
There’s no right answer.
But there is power in being honest about it.
Clarity creates alignment.

And alignment makes decisions a whole lot easier.
If you want help rounding out your vision, I put together a worksheet you can use to get clear on what you want 2026 to look like, where you want to be by 2029, and what your dream life looks like in 2036.

Taking the time to know where you are going makes all the difference.
