Making a Decision

For a long time, I thought real estate investors who were doing bigger deals than me had something I didn’t have.

I thought they had it all figured out.

But when I looked back at my journey, I realized something.

I didn’t have all the answers when I bought my first property in 2010.

So…why did I think I needed to have all the answers before I made the move from residential to commercial?

I’d already made the decision to build a life with more freedom by investing in real estate. 

Next, I had to decide to go bigger.

Most people never even make it to the decision stage.

They think. They plan. They research. They consider.

But they never fully decide.
