How to Move the Needle
There are many books that have changed my life. Especially around building good habits and being consistent.
When I look at my success (and other people with long-term success) there is a simple framework that keeps showing up.
It starts with direction.
Gino Wickman talks about this in Traction. You need a clear vision, defined goals, and alignment around where you’re going. If you don’t know the destination, execution gets scattered.
Next is consistency over time.
That’s The Compound Effect Darren Hardy talks about in his book. Small, repeated actions may feel insignificant in the moment, but when you can stack positive habits you increase their power.
And finally, daily execution.
Atomic Habits by James Clear breaks this down the best. Systems beat motivation. Every time.
When you layer these three together, progress becomes more predictable.
Vision creates alignment.

Consistency builds momentum.

Daily habits make it real.
Thinking bigger doesn’t require doing everything at once.
It requires doing the right things, repeatedly.
Personal Note:
Going to the gym is at the core of my daily routine. It’s so important to me now. But there was a time where I didn’t make time for self-care like this.
Focus and sacrifice were key to my journey, but there were times where I wasn’t taking care of myself.
Finding a balance is a big part of my life today, which is easier with the framework of direction, consistency, and good daily habits.
